Terms of Service

By contacting me for a commission, I assume that you have read to and agreed to all terms listed here.

I will reject all NSFW and suggestive requests from minors. If I have a reason to believe you are under 18, I will ask for proof of age.

Payment and Refunds

Payment will be requested via PayPal invoice in USD - I cannot accept other payment methods.

I am willing to work with you if your local currency is valued lower compared to USD. Please message me on the relevant platforms if you live in an area where the prices below are unconscionable.

Invoices are sent after the rough sketch has been completed and approved.

Payment is typically either in-full, or 50% after the sketch, and 50% after final delivery.

I am happy to discuss alternative payment plans if the total exceeds $200.

Since payment is only requested after a sketch is approved, I will not provide refunds unless I am for some reason unable to finish the commission - all refunds due to this will be 50% of the total amount paid.

You may request to cancel your commission or move further down the queue at any time.

Revisions and Process

I will attempt to communicate frequently while working, and will reach out when input is required. If you have not been updated, assume that no progress has been made.

I operate on a first-come first-served basis. Wait times may be multiple weeks or longer depending on my ability to fulfill requests.

WIPs will be watermarked if payment is incomplete.

When requesting changes, you must be clear with your requests. I will accept fault for mistakes on my end, but if you are not able to communicate effectively and/or I am required to redo things multiple times, I may charge a gratuity fee. I will warn you beforehand if your requests are becoming excessive.

Usage and Copyright

I reserve all commercial rights for art that I produce. If you would like to discuss using my art for commercial purposes, please contact me and we can discuss the terms individually.

You may repost my art, but please link back to my accounts when you share the piece.

Please do Not credit NSFW art to a SFW account or vice-versa. If you are unsure which account to credit, please ask.

I reserve the right to use, share, modify, post, and otherwise reproduce all art I make for any reason, including publicly and for commercial purposes, such as on my Bluesky account or professional resumes. If you would not like me to do these things, please inform me of such.

I reserve the right to reuse and rejected / unused sketches or commissions where payment was rejected or incomplete, and may repurpose them for other pieces or resources. For personal characters, I will remove identifying details where possible.

I am very flexible with my style and can draw a wide range of ages, gender expressions, body types, and creature types, and I am always, always happy to try new things!

For inquiries about fetish/kink commissions, please be forthcoming! I'm willing to draw a lot, but I would rather not play 20 questions with you to figure out what you want.

Certain elements to your request will incur additional fees:

Incomplete or no visual reference - +$10 - $40

Overly complex designs / markings / clothing etc - +$10 - $30

Additional characters are -25% off, relative to an individual commission with the same parameters (how much of them is revealed, shading, etc.)

Complicated backgrounds vary depending on how much detail you need / want, but start at $30 - 50

Sketch

A simple sketch image of your character. It may have visible guide lines, choppy or unfinished features, and other artistic anomalies. Flat color or simple shading can be added upon request.

Headshot / half-body - $70

Fullbody - $90

Monochrome color blockouts - +$15

Full Color - +$20

Shading - +$10

Lineart

A clean drawing with precise lineart. As free as they can be from any of the marks that sketches have. This tier comes with flat colors as standard, but simple rendering / shading can be added on request.

Headshot / half-body - $100

Fullbody - $135

Shading / Simple Rendering - +$10 (headshot / half-body) / +$50 (full-body)

Full render

The highest preset tier I provide for commissioned pieces. All pieces come with clean lineart as well as shading, rendering, and extra highlights / detailing not available at other tiers. Comes with a simple accent background to bring out the character, but can be upgraded to a full scene if desired.

Headshot / half-body - $165 / Full-body - $220

Tabletop tokens

A topdown character token for playing on a VTT like Roll20 or Foundry. Requires a visual reference beforehand since the scale is so small and simple that design workshopping doesn't do well.

Very basic pets / mounts, objects, or monsters - $20

Humanoids and most monsters - $30

Large/detailed monsters or other complicated objects - $40

Extra outfits/weapon poses - +$10 /each
